  • For organisations ready to go further, our Deliberative Assembly brings a representative cross-section of staff together to work on a genuinely complex question - producing recommendations that carry real weight.

    The process runs over approximately 10–12 weeks. This is a pilot process and we would invest in a learning partnership to develop the process for the longer term.
